Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent professional experience
- 6+ years of software development experience with a Master's degree, or 8+ years with a Bachelor's degree
- Proven ownership of end-to-end lifecycle of services including design, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and incident response
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, Kotlin, or Python)
- System design, API design, and data modeling for scalable services
- Familiarity with AI-driven systems and applying AI/ML concepts to real-world products
Nice to have
- Experience designing multi-service architectures combining deterministic and AI/ML components
- Track record of improving operational excellence including observability, SLOs, and incident management
- Hands-on experience safely integrating AI/ML-enabled solutions like model-backed APIs or agent orchestration frameworks

- Deep experience with AI-driven architectures at platform level, including tools and connectors for complex systems
