Required
- 7+ years of hands-on graphic design experience in advertising, digital, or in-house teams
- Portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and execution across social, digital display, email, in-app, app store and print
- Deep proficiency in typography, layout, color, hierarchy and visual design principles
- Expert-level Figma and Adobe Creative Suite skills with design systems experience
- Demonstrated expertise creating and maintaining component libraries and style guides
- Proficiency in motion graphics and After Effects
- Experience partnering with developers and product teams
Nice to have
- B.A., B.F.A. or M.F.A. in graphic design, visual communication or related discipline
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with marketing strategy, media, product design and brand teams
- Understanding of digital advertising and growth marketing trends
