Required
- Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years related aerospace/engineering experience
- 3+ years GNC fundamentals experience
- 1+ year spacecraft system-level experience
- 1+ year collaborating across engineering subsystems and program leadership
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI security clearance
Nice to have
- 9+ years related experience (Level 4)
- Satellite integration, test, and on-orbit operations experience
- Experience decomposing complex tasks and delegating to teams
- GNC system analysis capability using custom or existing tools
- Project management skills including cost and schedule tracking
- Ability to set technical direction and establish processes
- Advanced control theory and systems architecture knowledge
- Mentoring experience
- Active TS/SCI clearance already held
