Required
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with electrical system design, troubleshooting, or operations using first principles
- Experience with aerospace, utility, or industrial electrical systems including power generation or high-power applications
- Experience supporting electrical design or operations for power distribution, protection, controls, or sequencing
- Ability to work independently and solve complex technical problems
- Ability to communicate with diverse teams
- US government background clearance for Cape Canaveral, Florida site access
Nice to have
- Experience in orbital launch industry
- Hands-on experience with aviation or rocket ground power systems
- Familiarity with crane, elevator, or similar control and power systems
