Required

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field with applicable experience
  • 3+ years of project engineering experience in continuous manufacturing
  • Prior capital project management experience
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with emphasis on project and productivity management
  • Technical leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to engage operators and mechanics in projects
  • Experience working with plant technicians, vendors, contractors and engineering firms
  • Understanding of packaging and processing systems
  • Knowledge of plant manufacturing, engineering, quality and research functions
  • Currently authorized to work full-time in the United States

Nice to have

  • 5+ years in food manufacturing with engineering experience
  • Construction Management experience
  • Knowledge of Food Manufacturing regulatory requirements (GMPs, Food Safety)
  • Experience with EPA and OSHA regulations
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies like LEAN, Six Sigma or TPM
