Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, RF Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years RF engineering, RAN, satellite communications, or wireless systems validation
  • Link budget analysis knowledge including FSPL, elevation angle effects, EIRP, and G/T
  • IQ domain and DSP signal analysis experience
  • Deep LTE/RAN knowledge
  • Scripting or automation with Python, Lua, or MATLAB
  • Root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
  • Feature validation and production readiness leadership experience
  • Cross-functional collaboration and technical leadership
