Required
- PhD with 8+ years pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience, OR Master's with 10+ years, OR Bachelor's with 12+ years
- Statistical leadership on clinical trials from design through analysis
- Experience with regulatory interactions and Health Authority submissions
- Cross-functional collaboration across statistical programming, clinical research, data management, and regulatory teams
- Personnel management and team leadership
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience analyzing Phase 1–3 trials and participating in NDA/BLA filings through label negotiation
- Proficiency with SAS and R for biomedical data analysis
