Required
- 2+ years as Process Owner in Wet Etch Process (vapor etch, dry strip, dry bevel etch, plating, bath and spin processes)
- BS or Masters in Engineering, equivalent military experience, or AAS with 5+ years industry experience
- Strong process area knowledge
- DRAM development and manufacturing experience
- Ability to collaborate with equipment and integration engineers
Nice to have
- Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and collaborative teamwork ability
- Proficiency in Data Science and Programming
