What they ask for
Required
- 15+ years executive leadership in SaaS/cloud engineering or operations
- Leadership of DevOps, SRE, Cloud Operations, Database Operations, Release Engineering, and Support teams
- Deep expertise with Kubernetes and multi-cloud platforms
- Experience with CI/CD, GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, observability, and DevSecOps
- Executive communication and organizational leadership skills
- Management experience in 24/7 Managed Cloud Delivery environments
- Understanding of SAP BASIS, HANA, Linux/Windows administration, and cloud engineering
- Proven track record handling customer escalations and delivering customer service
- US Citizen with ability to access customer data
