What they ask for
Required
- High school diploma or GED or trade school equivalent
- 5+ years of facilities experience
- Ability to perform scheduled and emergency repairs
- Maintenance and repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Compliance with safety regulations
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and on-call as needed
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Export control screening eligibility under ITAR/EAR
Nice to have
- HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification or formal training
- Experience operating heavy machinery (forklifts, overhead cranes, manlifts)
- Experience with gas piping systems for aerospace services (nitrogen, helium, oxygen, compressed air)
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
