- Expert SQL and Medallion architecture experience
- 2+ years hands-on dbt for production ELT pipelines
- Deep production git and CI/CD automation expertise
- Proven ability to bridge technical execution and business strategy

- Track record scaling AI-assisted tools adoption across teams
- Experience with headless BI semantic layers and AI agentic workflows
- HIPAA compliance, EHR, or digital health operations background
- Advanced knowledge of RBAC, hashing, and data masking for sensitive data
