- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning or statistical modeling
- End-to-end model development experience from data exploration through evaluation and deployment
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks/libraries
- Ability to translate business problems into ML tasks and own solutions across product areas
Nice to have
- Graduate degree in quantitative field with ML, optimization, or statistical modeling focus
- Production experience with modern ranking and recommendation modeling approaches
