What they ask for
Required
- 10+ years of system-level verification and validation in robotics, autonomous systems, automotive, aerospace, or complex electromechanical systems
- Hands-on experience with robot simulation environments for test case development and regression testing
- Experience testing complex robotic or electromechanical systems with manipulation, locomotion, or multi-DOF components
- Familiarity with safety-critical system validation and functional safety standards
- V&V expertise including verification vs. validation, V-model processes, and requirements traceability
- Working knowledge of kinematics, dynamics, control systems, sensing, and actuation
- Proficiency in Python or similar languages for test automation
- Hands-on experience with test fixtures, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems
- Strong debugging skills for hardware-software integration issues
Nice to have
- BS or MS in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience with NVIDIA Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, Gazebo, or Webots
- Experience validating machine learning-based software components and managing model versioning
- Exposure to functional safety certification processes like TÜV
- Experience mentoring junior engineers on test methodology
