- Current active unrestricted RN license in a U.S. state, territory, or DC
- Graduate of an accredited professional nursing school (ACEN or CCNE) or equivalent foreign credential with degree equivalency validation
- English language proficiency in written and spoken communication
- U.S. citizenship or eligible noncitizen status
- BSN and 2 years of nursing experience equivalent to Nurse I Level III, or MSN and 1 year of specialized nursing experience, or doctoral degree in nursing or related field with appropriate experience
