Required
- Prepare handcrafted beverages to Peet's standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service following Peet's service steps
- Maintain a clean and organized coffeebar
- Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality
- Be at least 16 years old
- Be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Maintain minimum availability of two days per week including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Nice to have
- Experience with suggestive selling and product education
- Drive sales through sampling and customer engagement
