What they ask for
Required
- 7+ years practicing attorney experience
- 2+ years at a top-tier law firm
- 5+ years in-house at a technology company in sales-side commercial transactions
- JD from a top-tier law school
- Active bar membership in at least one US state
- Computer engineering or computer science degree, OR 2-4 years software patent litigation/prosecution at a top firm, OR extensive experience with APIs and SDKs
- Experience with complex sales deals
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Practical, customer-centric negotiation approach
Nice to have
