  • Built and led a community or customer advocacy function that drove retention, adoption, or expansion outcomes
  • Led and developed a distributed team of program owners and regional leads with commercial accountability
  • Comfortable defining and defending community metrics in business reviews
  • Connected bottom-up adoption inside large accounts to enterprise expansion motions
  • Flexed community strategy across technical developer audiences and enterprise executive audiences
  • Worked cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, and other teams
  • Partnered with Product and Data Science on usage quality metrics and instrumentation
  • Clear communicator able to engage both technical and executive stakeholders

Nice to have

  • Run community at companies with both PLG and enterprise sales motions simultaneously
  • Built or led a recognized champions, ambassadors, or advocacy program
  • Experience with developer tools, infrastructure, or AI products
  • Built measurement infrastructure for community including cohorting, attribution, and usage segmentation
  • International experience scaling community in EMEA or Japan/APAC regions
  • Track record of building user trust and listening to communities through difficult periods
  • Background spanning community, customer marketing, developer relations, customer education, or growth functions
