- 6+ years in business finance, deal management, FP&A, or commercial finance
- Strong financial modeling capability with investment evaluation and deal structuring experience
- Ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders in a matrix organization
- Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin
- Analytical and detail-oriented approach balancing commercial agility with financial discipline
- Experience in or understanding of the payments ecosystem
