What they ask for
Required
- Texas General Lines Agent (Property & Casualty) License or attainment within 90 days
- 2+ years personal lines insurance experience, or Bachelor's degree with 1+ years insurance experience, or CISR/TIIA designation
- Ability to manage book of business between $150,000 and $250,000
- Organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
Nice to have
- CISR, ACSR, CIC, or CRM professional designation
- Knowledge of personal lines insurance industry
- Bachelor's degree
