- 5+ years product management experience
- experience launching and scaling products across full lifecycle
- practical experience incorporating AI/ML into workflow applications
- wealth management, fintech, or RIA ecosystem experience
- cross-functional collaboration across product, design, engineering, and client success
- balancing qualitative user insights with quantitative analytics
- ability to articulate product strategy and value propositions
