Required
- 18 years or older
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and ability to build genuine customer connections
- Passion for service and drive to achieve sales goals
- Availability for at least 16 hours per week on peak days (Fri/Sat/Sun/holidays) or mix of peak and non-peak days
- Ability to stand and walk entire shifts
- Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 25 lbs
- Ability to frequently bend, reach, stretch, and safely use ladders and step stools
- Willingness to wear Rothy's shoes during every shift
