Required
- Passed at least one room-specific practical exam after training
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
- Basic equipment troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable using computers, tablets, and ERP/MES software
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Lift and lower up to 50 pounds
- Stand, walk, reach, bend, and twist frequently
- Work at heights above 6 feet
- Work in hot (60–100°F), cold (−20 to 60°F), noisy, dusty, and wet environments
- Work around allergens and chemicals
- Wear required PPE (bump cap, safety glasses, steel-toed boots, hearing protection, hair net, beard guard)
- Comply with GMP standards (no jewelry, piercings, false eyelashes, fake nails, nail polish)
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Total Productive Maintenance principles
- Familiarity with HACCP and GMP standards
- Experience operating equipment HMIs
- Previous forklift experience
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- 1+ years of experience in food production or manufacturing
