What they ask for
Required
- 7+ years in asset management, investment banking, consulting, or wealth management focused on private real estate
- FINRA Series 7 and either 63/65 or 66 license
- Experience with 1031 exchanges and tax-deferred real estate structures for high-net-worth investors
- Deep knowledge of private real estate markets, structures, return drivers, and risks
- Understanding of wealth management distribution models and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
