What they ask for
Required
- 7+ years in industrial maintenance, equipment reliability, or manufacturing operations in aerospace, automotive, or high-reliability production
- 3+ years managing maintenance teams with direct supervision of supervisors or leads
- Technical knowledge of troubleshooting and repair of complex manufacturing equipment including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems
- Experience building and executing preventive maintenance programs and CMMS systems that improve availability and reduce repeat failures
- Ability to lead root cause analysis, coordinate OEM and vendor repairs, manage priorities, and support production in fast-paced environments
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent practical maintenance leadership experience
- Experience maintaining CNC machine tools, metrology equipment, automation, and supporting manufacturing systems
- CMRP, RCM, TPM, Lean, or Six Sigma certification
- Experience with CMMS, ERP/MRP, maintenance data analytics, spare parts optimization, and vendor or service contract management
