  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 6+ years semiconductor industry experience, OR Master's with 4+ years, OR Ph.D. with 2+ years
  • 2+ years hands-on experience with compact modeling for advanced nodes (FinFET, GAAFET)
  • Proficiency with HSPICE and/or Spectre simulators
  • Experience with extraction tools like ICCAP or MBP
  • Python scripting for data analysis and automation
  • Statistical modeling experience

Nice to have

  • Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or related field with 3+ years industry experience
  • Strong background in device physics and RF modeling
  • RF structure design, RF de-embedding, and EM simulation experience
  • Experience leading technical initiatives across teams and geographies
  • Machine learning algorithm experience applied to compact model development
  • Understanding of process flows, circuit design, and simulation methodologies
