- 2+ years hands-on experience with compact modeling for advanced nodes (FinFET, GAAFET)
- Proficiency with HSPICE and/or Spectre simulators
- Experience with extraction tools like ICCAP or MBP
- Python scripting for data analysis and automation

Nice to have

- RF structure design, RF de-embedding, and EM simulation experience
