Required
- 12 years in time and frequency, time dissemination, or defense/aerospace/critical infrastructure
- Understanding of atomic clocks, network synchronization, and GNSS timing architectures
- Proven track record in global business development and opening new markets
Nice to have
- NMI or timing institute experience
- GNSS resilience strategy experience
- AI/data center infrastructure timing knowledge
- PhD in physics
- Exposure to quantum clocks or optical timing systems
