- 3+ years of Trust and Safety experience (anti-abuse, bot, content safety, or fraud)
- 5+ years of backend development with Python
- 5+ years of data handling with SQL, Snowflake, Dagster, or Airflow
- Experience building tools, dashboards, and performing statistical analysis
- Experience with real-time systems and event-driven architectures
