What they ask for
Required
- 3+ years in EHS or safety role in high-cadence operations
- Associate's degree or equivalent industry certifications
- Experience developing and running OSHA, fall protection, lockout/tagout, confined space, hot work, and hazmat programs
- Working knowledge of state and federal safety and environmental regulations
- Valid Washington driver's license
- Able to lift 40 lbs unassisted, stand for extended periods, stoop, bend, crawl, and maneuver in tight spaces
- Willing to relocate to Moses Lake, Washington
- U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (ITAR requirement)
Nice to have
- Engineering or Occupational Health and Safety degree
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
