What this role is
Lead the design and execution of abuse enforcement operations across Anthropic's cloud partner platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), coordinating policy implementation, SLAs, and incident response across companies where the partners control customer data and relationships. This role suits someone experienced in trust & safety operations who can build scalable processes in ambiguous, cross-functional environments without direct control over external systems.

Required
- Extensive trust and safety operations, enforcement, or threat intelligence experience
- Experience managing external partner or vendor relationships without controlling their systems
- Ability to work across policy, legal, engineering, and operations teams
- Track record building enforcement programs including SLAs and escalation paths
- Strong documentation and SOP creation in fast-moving environments
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences including executives
- Comfort operating in ambiguous environments with evolving processes
Nice to have
- Direct trust & safety experience at AWS, GCP, Azure, or marketplace-based companies
- Experience designing incident response or escalation processes spanning multiple organizations
- Knowledge of data access controls, audit requirements, or privacy-constrained review environments
- Experience with law enforcement referrals, regulatory reporting, or compliance programs
- Background in AI safety, content moderation, fraud, or abuse detection
- Data-driven approach to operational decision-making
