  • 8–12 years regulatory legal experience

  • Familiarity with privacy, data protection, consumer protection, product safety, or export control laws
  • Familiarity with model evaluation or AI safety concepts
  • Combined private practice and in-house experience
  • Comfort with ambiguity and developing novel compliance approaches
  • Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Understanding of regulator and standards body relationship-building
