What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or 7+ years managing large departments in consumer product manufacturing
- 5+ years managing supervisors across multiple shifts
- Experience with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors
- Experience in quality system audits
- Mechanical aptitude
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Nice to have
- Understanding of 3-phase AC motors and drives
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and machine drawings
