- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- 5+ years designing and delivering avionics or electronics for aerospace systems
- Ability to take designs from concept through production independently
- Hands-on experience with schematic capture, PCB layout, embedded software interfaces, and system-level testing
- Cross-functional collaboration and clear technical communication
Nice to have
- Direct experience on Mars missions
- NASA aerospace systems engineering practices in applied or new-space context
- Deep-space or high-radiation avionics systems experience
