Required
- Junior or Senior at a US college or university in computer science or related program
- Python or similar scripting language
- Working knowledge of identity systems (SSO, MFA, directory groups, least privilege)
- One concrete hands-on experience administering or securing systems (Google Workspace, home lab, campus help desk, CTF infrastructure, or IT job)
- Clear technical writing samples (lab writeup, README, blog post, or how-to)
- Available 20 hours per week during school year with at least 4 hours overlap with US business hours on 3+ days
- Authorized to work in the US

- CTF participation or bug bounty writeups
- GitHub with real projects
- Help desk, campus IT, or MSP experience
