Required

  • 8+ years data center operations experience
  • Track record running multi-site break-fix programs at scale
  • Vendor and workforce management with measurable SLA outcomes
  • Hands-on technical depth in server, network, and rack-level hardware
  • Experience building or substantially improving operational processes
  • Comfort analyzing ticket, telemetry, and inventory data
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant domain or equivalent practical experience
