Required
- 8+ years data center operations experience
- Track record running multi-site break-fix programs at scale
- Vendor and workforce management with measurable SLA outcomes
- Hands-on technical depth in server, network, and rack-level hardware
- Experience building or substantially improving operational processes
- Comfort analyzing ticket, telemetry, and inventory data
- Bachelor's degree in relevant domain or equivalent practical experience
Nice to have
- GPU/accelerator or high-density liquid-cooled infrastructure repair experience
- RMA and warranty program management with hyperscale OEMs/ODMs
- Spares planning, reverse logistics, or depot repair at data center scale
- Experience in partner-operated or colocation environments
- Familiarity with optics and high-speed interconnect failures
