What they ask for

Required

  • 8–12 years in consulting, implementation, or delivery
  • Direct experience implementing SaaS/enterprise software at large health systems or IDNs end-to-end through IT, security, and procurement
  • Hands-on Epic integration experience at scale across large deployments
  • Multi-workstream program management across large enterprise implementations
  • People management experience building and developing implementation or delivery teams
  • Player-coach orientation to personally own complex implementations while leading a team
  • Executive presence to engage VP and C-suite health-system stakeholders
  • Analytical strategy skills to define metrics and present portfolio-level intelligence
  • Ability to build processes, systems, and playbooks from scratch
  • Experience navigating enterprise IT governance including security reviews and change control

Nice to have

  • Patient access, scheduling, contact center, or digital front door domain experience
  • Familiarity with additional EHR systems (Oracle Health/Cerner, Athena, NextGen, ECW) or contact-center/VOIP platforms (Genesys, NICE, Five9, Cisco, RingCentral, Twilio)
  • Experience building or managing internal tooling such as dashboards or reporting infrastructure
  • Prior experience in a health tech or AI company
  • PMP or equivalent program/project management certification
  • Willingness to travel for team offsites and customer onsite sessions
