- 7+ years in consumer electronics and/or supply chain
- Experience sourcing mechanical components (CNC, injection molding, stamping, MIM, surface finishing)
- Ability to lead complex programs with competing priorities and tight timelines
- Proven negotiation skills for unit cost, tooling/NRE, contracts, and supply agreements
- Experience supporting NPI builds (EVT/DVT/PVT or equivalent) through ramp and mass production
- Strong analytical skills including cost modeling and data-driven supplier evaluation
- Cross-functional communication and stakeholder management
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving structure across multiple work streams
- Willingness to travel ~25% domestically and internationally
