What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering or 8 years equivalent experience
- 0–3 years manufacturing environment experience
- Proficiency with MS Office and CAD/CAM tools
Nice to have
- Understanding of tooling, gauging, Six Sigma principles, and capability studies
- Experience writing technical procedures and work instructions
- Exposure to aerospace or high-tech manufacturing process development
