Required
- Deep expertise in data center server architectures and HPC systems
- Embedded firmware and server management controller development with production BMC shipping experience
- Expert C/C++ in resource-constrained embedded environments
- Knowledge of DMTF protocols (Redfish, IPMI, PLDM, MCTP, SPDM)
- Experience with RAS, error handling, and system health monitoring
- 8–12 years of system software development experience
- BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Nice to have
- Cloud and cluster deployment and management systems knowledge
- GPU computing (CUDA) and deep learning workload experience
- Memory fabric and CXL architecture knowledge
