What they ask for

Required

  • 5+ years in metrology inspection, quality inspection, or quality-focused manufacturing
  • Experience with AS9100, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or comparable Quality Management System
  • Proficiency with calibrated metrology equipment such as calipers, micrometers, CMMs, Faro arms, or OMMs
  • Ability to interpret GD&T per ASME Y14.5 and engineering drawings
  • Experience conducting investigative or validation activities using X-ray inspection, digital characterization, material certifications, or assembly-level testing
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams
  • Eligibility to obtain US government clearance for access to export-controlled information at Cape Canaveral, Florida

Nice to have

  • Technical or Associate's degree in Quality, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
  • ASQ CQE/CQIA, IPC-A-610, or IPC-A-620 certifications
  • Experience inspecting electrical or electronic assemblies including PCBs, power supplies, or wire harnesses in regulated manufacturing
  • Experience with manufacturing or quality systems such as Jira, MES, ERP, or Teamcenter
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, or TPS methodologies
