- PhD in muscle biology, physiology, or related field
- 0–2+ years of relevant experience in academia or industry
- Hands-on experience with iPSC-derived and primary human myotube and cardiomyocyte culture
- Hands-on experience with in vivo muscle function assessment including evoked force measures
- Hands-on experience with biochemistry and molecular biology techniques
- Proficiency with GraphPad Prism or similar data analysis software
- Ability to independently design, execute, and troubleshoot experiments
- Strong presentation and communication skills
Nice to have
- Background in muscle biology and/or genetic neuromuscular disorders such as DMD and DM1
- Direct experience with RNA therapies, antisense oligonucleotides, or LNP
- Strong publication and presentation track record
