What they ask for
Required
- Associate degree or technical diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Knowledge of electronic components, analog and digital circuits, and electrical measurement principles
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
- Experience operating test equipment including oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, hipot testers, and function generators
- Proficiency with MS Office and test data collection or ERP/MES software
Nice to have
- 2+ years of experience in electrical or electronic test environments
- IPC or J-STD-001 certifications
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, or aerospace/defense/military standards
