What they ask for
Required
- 2–3 years maintenance technician experience in manufacturing or industrial setting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems
- Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Work 2nd shift (3:00 pm–11:30 pm) Monday–Friday with overtime availability
Nice to have
- Technical or vocational training in maintenance or related field
- VFD troubleshooting and repair experience
