- 8+ years in platform, infrastructure, or systems engineering
- 3+ years managing and developing engineers
- Experience building an internal AI or developer platform from scratch
- Ability to define scope and decline out-of-scope work
- Fluency in AI cost engineering and usage attribution
- Hands-on technical depth in LLM platforms, agents, MCP, identity, CI/CD, and IaC
- Data governance fluency in regulated environments
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
