- Juris Doctorate degree
- Admission to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office
- Advanced degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or related IP field
- At least 18 years of patent prosecution attorney experience
- Experience building and maintaining global patent portfolios
- Experience preparing and prosecuting domestic and international patent applications
- Strong understanding of patent law and principles
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work with significant autonomy and strong executive judgment
- Ability to work cross-functionally and internationally
