Required

  • 5–7 years of program management, operational governance, engagement model design, or related experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex multi-stakeholder intake or governance processes with ownership of process design and accountability for outcomes
  • Builds and governs intake processes that bring structure and accountability to high-volume partner-to-Service Delivery engagement
  • Orchestrates multi-partner execution model without formal authority, building trust and shared operating rhythm
  • Manages multiple workstreams in fast-paced, seasonal environment with proactive anticipation of dependencies and risks

Nice to have

  • Experience in large workforce or service delivery organizations
  • Familiarity with change management frameworks, engagement governance models, or multi-org coordination in large workforce environment
  • Ensures COE involvement from inception when product and development teams design changes affecting the Expert Network
