Required
- 2+ years hands-on aerospace testing, fabrication, or similar field experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of aerospace components and systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and drawings
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces or at heights
