  • 2+ years hands-on aerospace testing, fabrication, or similar field experience
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of aerospace components and systems

  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces or at heights
