  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, public policy or related field
  • Minimum 7 years progressively responsible experience in marketing, communications, member/customer service, external affairs, energy programs or related field
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience
  • Executive-level leadership experience with ability to guide teams and programs
  • Strong understanding of marketing, communications, member engagement and public relations strategies
  • Ability to guide organizational digital presence including website, social media, email and digital advertising
  • Ability to build effective relationships with members, employees, board members, policymakers and community partners
  • Strategic planning, decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel overnight up to 10%
