- 10+ years product management experience in field service, workforce management, or mid-market SaaS for trades
- Firsthand knowledge of field service operations and trades finance including loaded labor rates and technician utilization
- Full job lifecycle command across residential and commercial field service models
- Proven ability to ship LLM or agent-powered products in production
- Track record influencing across engineering, design, sales, and finance
- Experience architecting bi-directional integrations and evaluating build/buy/partner tradeoffs
- Track record building technician-facing mobile products
