Required
- Experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday HCM implementations from initiation to completion
- Prior experience implementing Workday HCM or relevant on-premise or cloud-based platforms
- Ability to manage team(s) and client interactions
- Ability to travel as needed for client engagements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Nice to have
- Strong HR background with Workday platform experience as consultant or client owner
- Experience with Workday Data Migration tools and Security framework
- Current Workday HCM certification
- Additional Workday certifications in Compensation, Security, Recruiting, or Talent & Performance
