Required
- 1-2 years powder coat manufacturing experience
- ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- manual dexterity for repetitive tasks
- basic ISO procedures knowledge
- ability to inspect work using blueprints and measuring tools
- knowledge of common tooling and material types
- basic computer skills
- ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds routinely, occasionally 50 pounds
- ability to wear and comply with respiratory protection requirements
